Less organising.
More useful practice.

Run a focused interview-prep pilot with an agenda, student instructions, original exercises and a clear way to review what helped.

Free written materials. No student accounts, roster upload or software installation required to read the exported handouts. Remote interactive use needs a published site or a facilitator-led local session.

A PRACTICAL FIRST STEP

From “interesting” to a session you can run.

01

Choose the group

Undergraduate foundations, IB technical practice or MBA valuation and judgment. Generate a suggested two-week pilot.

02

Share the materials

Download a self-contained student handout and facilitator guide. Use the included invitation copy in your own approved channel.

03

Review the evidence

Use the observation sheet to separate attendance, independent answers, coached retries and student feedback.

FOR THE PERSON MAKING THIS HAPPEN

Everything for the first conversation.

Give your career team and IT reviewer the same clear description of what the pilot does, what data it touches, and what remains to be built.

Inside the starter kit

  • Student handout and facilitator agenda
  • Original prompts, worked answers and retries
  • Editable pilot brief and invitation copy

DESIGNED TO MAKE FEEDBACK ACTIONABLE

Know what to practise next.

Students see the calculation and the concept behind it, then try changed inputs. Flashcards and highlights support review; they do not count as checked mastery.

Use the pilot to test whether the correction and retry loop helps your students explain the mechanics more clearly.

Keep the pilot focused

  • Agree on one recruiting goal
  • Review the content with a qualified facilitator
  • Keep participation voluntary
  • Use a different problem to check transfer
  • Ask what students would use again and why

Common adoption questions

Do we need to buy seats or upload a roster?

No for the current written materials. No institutional account or seat-management system exists yet.

Can our IT team review this?

Yes. The starter kit includes a factual current-state brief. It is not a completed HECVAT, legal agreement, SOC 2 report or accessibility conformance report.

Is voice included in the free pilot?

No hosted voice allowance is promised. Voice is a local preview requiring server-side API credentials, explicit consent, spending approval and quality testing. Longer sessions incur provider usage costs.

Can we track individual students?

There is no shared tracking or instructor dashboard. Students can voluntarily share exports. For a first pilot, use aggregate observations and avoid collecting names or raw interview transcripts.
